NDC To Use Chiefs To Reconcile Mills & Rawlingses

Peacefmonline.com can confirm that an emergency meeting of Regional ministers is currently underway in the Ashanti Region aimed at coming up with a strategy to reconcile former President Jerry John Rawlings and sitting President John Evans Atta Mills. According to sources, the emergency regional minister’s conference is being chaired by Upper East Regional Minister, Mark Woyongo. It is an open secret that a deep chasm has developed between the two statesmen who are regarded as political heavy weights in the NDC with the grapevine awash with the report the Rawlingses are close to breaking away from the party they founded by forming a new political party that could likely spell doom for the NDC.
