Weeds grow; rodents feast at Flagstaff House

Weeds grow; rodents feast at Flagstaff HouseSections of the Flagstaff House which is supposed to be the seat of government have been taken over by weeds.

This is in spite of the 100 thousand Ghana cedis expended by government on the renovation and fumigation of the Flagstaff House.

Joy News’ Francis Abban visited the House and reported one end of the edifice has been left unattended to.

According to him, weeds have grown wild at the Vice presidential wing of the proposed seat of government.

The portion may well be a breeding place for rodents

Some passers-by he spoke to were not the least impressed with the state of the edifice.

They stated that even if the sitting president and his vice are not ready to move into the edifice, it should at least be maintained.
